2. Booking and Payment
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting us directly. Payment is required for each session according to our posted rates. We offer a sliding scale for clients with financial need. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee, except in emergencies.
3. Confidentiality
All personal information and details shared during sessions are confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm, child protection, or court orders).
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book individual therapy sessions. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
5. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service. Content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Harbour City Counselling is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We strive to provide accurate and helpful information, but outcomes from counselling may vary.
